Overview

For our client operating in the individual pension and fund services sector, weekly fund bulletins represented one of the most important content types supporting users in making investment decisions. However, these bulletins were typically published as 6–7 page PDF documents, with the expectation that users would read and understand them.

In reality, user behavior did not align with this expectation. Engagement with long and dense documents remained low, users did not spend sufficient time on the content, and this prevented the information from generating real value.

At this point, Unite Pulse was introduced and the entire consumption model of fund bulletins was completely redesigned.

Challenges: Static and Hard-to-Consume Content

The main challenge in the existing setup was the low accessibility of investment information provided to users. Although weekly fund bulletins contained valuable insights, most users either did not open the PDFs at all or only skimmed through them briefly.

As a result, critical information intended to support investment decisions failed to reach users effectively, limiting the real impact and value of the content being produced.

Solution: “Listen and Speak” Based Intelligent Fund Bulletin Experience

With Unite Pulse, fund bulletins were integrated into the mobile application and reimagined through a “listen and speak” approach. Users could now listen to weekly fund bulletins instead of reading them.

The content was automatically summarized, simplified, and converted into a clear voice narration, delivering a more accessible experience. This shift transformed users from passive readers into active participants in an interactive experience.

Interactive Investment Experience

One of the most important outcomes of this transformation was the ability for users to interact with the content in real time.

Users could ask natural language questions while listening to the bulletins and receive instant and accurate answers about fund performance, risk levels, or any financial details mentioned in the content.

This enabled users to make more informed and faster investment decisions. Pulse evolved from a simple information delivery tool into an intelligent advisory layer guiding users in their investment journey.

Action-Oriented Integrated Experience

Based on the client’s requirements, the system was not limited to providing information; it was extended to support direct user actions.

For example, a user who wanted to change their fund allocation could be seamlessly directed to the relevant transaction screen during the conversation flow and complete the action without interruption.

This turned information, interaction, and action into a single unified experience flow.

Impact: From Static Content to Dynamic Experience

With this transformation, fund bulletins evolved from static and often ignored documents into a dynamic experience that users actively consume, interact with, and act upon.

Users gained a more accessible, understandable, and personalized financial content experience, while the organization established a new communication model where the information delivered truly generates measurable value.

Why It Matters

This transformation demonstrates that in the financial sector, content alone is not enough. What matters is transforming content into an interactive and action-driven experience aligned with user behavior.

With Unite Pulse, investment content is no longer a static document waiting to be read, but a dynamic financial assistant that engages with users and actively guides them through their decisions.

The future of service operations is autonomous.
